1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using my platform — including via magic link authentication — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Use on Behalf of an Organization

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of a company, organization, or other legal entity, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In that case, "you" and "your" refer to that entity.

3. Services

I provide a software platform designed to support property development workflows and structured data management. Each client operates in a fully isolated environment, with separate front-end and back-end instances. Trial users are provisioned with a default version of the platform for evaluation purposes. Full deployments may be tailored to meet specific client requirements, including custom configurations, integrations, and data structures.

4. Trial Limitations

Trial environments may have limited features, uptime, or support. No formal service-level agreement (SLA) applies during trial use. Support is provided on a best-effort basis, and trial data may be deleted at any time without notice. I recommend that trial users do not rely on the platform for critical or permanent data storage.

5. Access via Magic Link

Users may access the platform via a secure magic link sent to their email. By clicking the link and entering the platform, you agree to these Terms. You are responsible for ensuring that your email account is secure and not shared with unauthorized users.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access or interfere with data belonging to other clients
• Upload malicious code or content
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the platform
• Circumvent authentication or share unauthorized access

7. Session Security

To help protect your account and data, the platform may automatically log you out after a period of inactivity. This is a security measure designed to reduce the risk of unauthorized access.

8. Data Privacy & Security

I am committed to improving platform security and data privacy as the service develops. While I do not yet operate under a formal security or retention policy, I take reasonable steps to protect client data and prevent unauthorized access. For more information, please refer to my Privacy Policy.

9. Data Export

Clients may request a copy of their data prior to termination. I will make reasonable efforts to provide this, subject to technical feasibility and platform availability. Export formats and delivery methods may vary.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and trademarks on the platform are owned by me as the individual founder. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.

11. Service Availability

I aim to provide reliable access to the platform, but outages, maintenance, or interruptions may occur. Service status may be communicated directly or monitored via my uptime dashboard.

12. Termination

I reserve the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your access to the platform at my sole discretion, without prior notice, if:

• You violate these Terms
• You compromise platform security or integrity
• You misuse authentication or share unauthorized access
• You interfere with other clients' data or operations

You may stop using the platform at any time. If you wish to deactivate access or request data removal, please contact me directly.

Upon termination, your access will be revoked immediately. I may delete your data at any time following termination, unless otherwise required by law or specific agreement. I do not currently operate under a formal data retention policy. I reserve the right to retain anonymized or aggregated data for operational or analytical purposes.

13. Limitation of Liability

I make reasonable efforts to maintain the integrity and availability of the platform. However, I do not guarantee that data will be preserved without error or interruption. In the event of accidental data loss, corruption, or damage — whether caused by system failure, human error, or other unforeseen issues — I am not liable for any resulting loss, including business interruption, reputational harm, or indirect damages.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups or exports of critical data where applicable. If you believe your data has been affected, please contact me immediately so I can investigate and respond appropriately.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.

15. Changes to Terms

I may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
